To celebrate, we are going to pay down $40,000 on our mortgage. We need your help to do this! Monona Serenity Group will match contributions to the \u201c$40 for Forty\u201d mortgage fund up to $15,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monona Serenity Group pays $1,686 per month on our mortgage with Lake Ridge Bank. The total balance is $288,800 at a 3.8% interest rate.
